I am a Counseling Student Intern currently pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. My educational journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in mental health theories and practices, and I am committed to providing compassionate and effective support to individuals navigating various life challenges. 

I am actively engaged in advanced coursework and supervised clinical training, where I apply evidence-based approaches to help clients achieve their mental health goals. My studies at Capella University have deepened my understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
