Life is filled with plenty of obstacles, and you do not have to encounter these obstacles alone. I
strive to create a trusting relationship with all clients and believe in the power of the therapeutic
relationship. I am passionate about helping people create and achieve their goals.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
I graduated from Houston Baptist University with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling. I believe early intervention is crucial; therefore, it is important to equip children and
adolescents with the necessary tools to help them overcome obstacles. The techniques I utilize
include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused
Therapy, and expressive arts therapy. I enjoy working with a diverse group of individuals such
as children, teens, and couples.
