Hi, I’m Kathryn, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating life transitions, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck. You don’t have to go through it alone. As a mom of two and a partner, I have a special passion for counseling children (ages 6 and up), teens, families, and couples as they move through life’s challenges. Walking alongside clients at every stage in life keeps me grounded and connected to what people truly need in order to heal and grow.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Erica Cleveland, MA, LPC-S. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
I tailor each counseling experience to the individual, drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method. Together, we’ll create a plan that reflects your unique needs and goals. I believe meaningful change begins when we turn inward and listen to the wisdom we’ve carried all along. My role is to help you access that inner knowledge with tools, insight, and gentle guidance.
If you’re ready to begin your own journey of healing, growth, or rediscovery, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Wherever you are in life, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Let’s explore what’s possible together.
