I am a Masters level Graduate student at Sam Houston State University. I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at Sam Houston State University in 2023 and am currently a first semester counseling intern.

My theoretical orientation is based in Gestalt psychology, which emphasizes autonomy and focus on the here and now. I strive to empower clients to cope with adversities and live their lives authentically. 

I have experience in play therapy as well as working with children on the spectrum. I also have experience working with adults facing a variety of mental health related struggles. I am passionate about helping individuals identify their strengths and ensure they are met with acceptance and validation.
