Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I am a counseling student Intern at Sam Houston State University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2021, receiving my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I believe counseling should be a space where individuals safely explore parts of themselves, working towards healing, growth, and the goals they desire. Life poses many conflicts that often lead to isolation and confusion, and I hope to create an environment where clients are supported, known, and empowered as they move toward wholeness and well-being. I am passionate about people having people, and I have experience working with individuals as they face interpersonal conflicts, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.

When I am not at the office, I enjoy baking, playing boardgames with my loved ones, and outdoor activities.
